Making your reservation is very simple. If you are only booking adventure activities, you can purchase online through our official website.

If you want to book a more complex event with activities + food and other services, you can use our service channels and our reservations team will be fully available to understand your needs and better serve you. We will help with every detail in the construction of your event.

So that we can better serve you at the time of your reservation, we will need the following information:

• Your full name and in the case of a business event, the name of the company as well.
• Contact telephone numbers and emails.
• Number of participants in your adventure/event.
• Activities that will be included in your event and respectively number of participants.
• Services to be included (Accommodation, food, event room, sound, lighting…)

After understanding your needs, we will send a proposal by email or WhatsApp, once you confirm acceptance of the proposal, the blocking will be done according to availability.
The reservation will be confirmed with advance payment of 50% of your event via bank deposit after 3 days of acceptance of the proposal (send us proof of deposit). be before or after your event.
For attractions purchased online on our website, payment will be 100% at the time of purchase, with only the park access ticket to be paid at the park in the amount of R$20.00/adventurer – (Whoever goes on the adventure) and R$40.00/visitor – (Whoever does not go on the adventure and accompanies the group on the day of the tour).

RESERVATION CANCELLATION

• Up to 2 days before the event: full refund or use of the full amount for credit;
• Less than 2 days until the event: 50% retention of the reservation amount or use of the full amount for credit.
• In all cases, the adventurer may arrange to be replaced by another adventurer, under the same conditions, on the same date and for the same number of places in the requested activities/services;
• Reserved and unattended places, both for adventure activities and services (food), will be charged as specified in the reservation voucher;
• Drunk people do not participate in any activity and the amount paid in this case is not refundable;
• The company reserves the right to cancel or change all services carried out outdoors due to weather conditions and the capacity to release water from the Canastra Plant maintained by CEEE (Companhia Estadual de Energia Elétrica). In these cases, adventurers will be able to:
  • Use the deposit amount as credit for other activities on the same date;
  • Use the deposit amount as credit to carry out the activities on another date (in this case, request the “credit voucher” or reschedule the activity requesting a new voucher);
  • 100% refund of the amount deposited.
