II Inter-American Moot Scout Brazil 2014
On December 28th, Brasil Raft hosted the event II Moot Scout Interamericano Brasil 2014, of which it was chosen as the rota das aguas, and had the pleasure of welcoming the group of scouts from the Oasis. The people, who were looking for a lot of adventure, carried out several activities here at Brasil Raft Park, such as tree planting, target shooting and, of course, lots of rafting!
The Inter-American Moot Scout is the largest and most important activity dedicated to the Pioneer Branch of scouting throughout the Americas. In its second edition, the event took place from December 27, 2013 to January 4, 2014, here in Rio Grande do Sul, with the chosen routes being the cities of Porto Alegre, Caxias do Sul and Três Coroas. And people came from all over Brazil and Latin America: Rio de Janeiro, Viçosa, Goiânia, Santos, Curitiba, Florianópolis, São Paulo, Fortaleza, Buenos Aires, Rosário, Guadalajara, Lima, Montevideo, Santiago, Bogotá, Quito, among other cities… such a huge event! src=”http://www.brasilraft.com.br/blog/wp-content/uploads/2014/01/1.png” width=”1326″ height=”456″ />
It was prestigious for Três Coroas, as well as for the Brasil Raft team, to be part of this event and receive this group full of energy and good proposals for collective actions to help the community, on a day that was marked by a lot of fun.
