The Park
What time does the park open?
The park opens at 8 am and closes for activities and food services at sunset. Only groups with camping reservations remain in the park after sunset.
Does the park offer barbecue grills?
Yes, we provide barbecue facilities throughout the park in nature environments. On rainy days we have a large space that is shared with all groups who want to have a barbecue or their own food. This space has barbecue grills, stove, refrigerator, chairs and tables. We do not reserve barbecue spaces, they are occupied on a first-come, first-served basis at the choice of each group.
Does the park offer food services?
Yes, the park has a restaurant, pantry and bar. We recommend that groups always book in advance for food services such as lunch, dinner and coffee and cocktail services.
Can I bring food and drinks into the park?
Yes, food and beverages are permitted in the park. The only areas where food and drinks are prohibited are in the pantry structure, bar and restaurant.
Can I access the park and spend the day using the leisure area and barbecue facilities without doing an adventure activity?
Yes, visitors can use the park area for an entry fee of R$40.00. No reservation required. We only require reservations for activities and food services.
Does the park offer camping?
Yes, we have a camping area, but the use policy is linked to the group also having reservations for adventure activities in the park; otherwise, access to the camping site will not be allowed. Check rental prices for our tents and trailers. RESERVATION ONLY.
Rafting
Who can practice Rafting?
Anyone who wants a bit of adventure, the only restriction is for pregnant women and a maximum weight of 120 kg. If there are any physically disabled people in your group, please let us know when booking so that we can have the appropriate equipment available at the service.
Do I need to know how to swim?
You don't need to know anything. The use of a life jacket is mandatory.
Is it safe?
Yes. The activity is monitored by instructors, in addition, you will be wearing safety equipment. We remind you that Brazil is an international reference in terms of safety in the practice of Adventure Tourism with the implementation of technical standards and safety management systems (SGS).
What is the minimum age to practice the activity?
The suggested minimum age is 8 years old in the 8 km RAFTING which is our main attraction, but we have an attraction called FAMILY RAFTING suitable for groups with children aged 4 to 7 years old accompanied by parents and grandparents.
Does Brasil Raft Park provide safety equipment?
Yes. All attractions in the park are accompanied by mandatory safety equipment. Vests and helmets will be provided for rafting.
Is there any type of insurance contracted for this activity?
All activities at Brasil Raft Park are guaranteed.
How many people can go in the same boat?
A minimum of 4 and a maximum of 7 people plus a driver specialized in the itinerary.
How long does the activity last?
The rafting will last 3 hours. And the departure times are 9am, 12pm and 3pm. Remembering that we have a rafting called FAMÍLIA which is an attraction intended for only groups with children between 04 and 07 years old, which is on a shorter route with an average duration of 2 hours and the departure is at 10, 13 and 16h.
What is the river classification?
Class II and III, this classification being for beginners with fun rapids made up of waves, ebbs and small water differences.
What should I take?
Leggings, shorts, shorts, t-shirt, tank top, lycra or neoprene (pants and blouse) and sneakers (required), as well as a bath towel, dry clothing kit, including shoes, personal hygiene products, sunscreen and repellent. The use of rings, wedding rings, hoop earrings or ornaments will not be permitted.
